Oktero (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Oktero platform, an AI-powered transaction coordination service for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our website and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Account Information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, password, and any other information you provide during sign-up or account configuration.
Transaction Data. We collect all information you enter into the Service, including property addresses, party contact information, deal dates, documents, notes, and communication logs.
Email Data. If you connect a Gmail account, we access your email messages, threads, and metadata to the extent necessary to operate the AI transaction coordination features. We store email content, sender information, and thread identifiers in connection with your deals.
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken.
Device and Technical Data. We collect device identifiers, operating system information, and similar technical information when you access the Service.
Program Description. Oktero operates an optional SMS notification program. Users may opt in to receive deal update notifications and account alerts via text message by texting a keyword to our toll-free number. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
Phone Number Collection. If you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect your mobile phone number. This number is used solely to send you deal-related updates and account notifications as part of the Oktero SMS program.
Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text the opt-in keyword again.

No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing. Mobile opt-in data, including your phone number, will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not control how third-party AI providers handle data beyond the contractual protections in our agreements with them.
