About Us
Oktero builds the software real estate professionals run their business on. Oktero Lending is the other half of that: the side that works with investors on the financing for their deals.
When you send us a deal, a loan originator reads the file. They will want to understand the property, what you plan to do with it, and how you plan to exit, and they will come back to you with terms for that specific file or with what would need to change.
Because we sit inside Oktero, a borrower works out of a portal rather than a chain of forwarded emails. You, your originator, and the people reviewing the file are looking at the same documents in the same place.
The Team
Co-Founder
Damian’s entrepreneurial drive and passion for real estate took root during his undergraduate studies at The University of Tampa, where he co-founded the university’s first real estate club. He went on to a startup hard money lending firm, where he worked across marketing, sales, and internal training, and saw firsthand the pain points and operational friction that real estate investors and lenders deal with every day.

Robbi architects the systems behind Oktero. He leverages the intersection of an analytical background and deep engineering experience to build the borrower portal, the underwriting workflow, and the automation that keeps a file moving from submission to funding without anyone chasing an email.
My goal has always been to own cash flow real estate. My partners and I know how to find those diamonds in the rough, and re-position a non-performing asset into a great cash flow property. The problem was most lenders want a performing asset to lend on for their "rental" program. It’s nuts! This is where Oktero Lending really changed the game. They specialize in short-term re-positioning loans. They actually wanted to lend money for my purchase and repositioning cost. Then they offered a great long term rental program at a discount as a refinance! How awesome is that! I do not have to shop around, and I can do everything under one roof for my long term rental strategy.
